Call for Submissions

Please note that our current issues are full and we will resume accepting articles submissions on August 15, 2006.

The Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal is now accepting submissions for our forthcoming issues. The HR&PLJ welcomes unsolicited articles as well as both formal and informal responses to HR&PLJ articles. We will gladly consider all such submissions for publication. Authors may contact our Submissions Editor for further information.

We will be reviewing articles for print as we receive them. If you have any questions, leave a message at the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal voicemail (415) 565-4733, or send an email to hrplj@uchastings.edu.

We prefer that submissions be delivered by email to hrplj@uchastings.edu. Articles must be double-spaced, on two-sided 8.5" x 11" paper (if submitted by mail), with footnotes on each page of the document. Citations must conform to The Bluebook (17th ed. 2001). The HP&RLJ editorial staff has designated The Chicago Manual of Style as the authority for style questions. Unfortunately, the HR&PLJ can only return those mailed manuscripts for which the author provides a pre-addressed, postage-paid envelope.
